Together, we’ll communicate throughout your session to ensure comfort, appropriate pressure, and a pace that supports your nervous system and goals. Your experience may include a blend of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, prenatal support, hot stone, and aromatherapy based on what your body needs in the moment.
This is not a one-size-fits-all massage. It is intentional, responsive bodywork designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice performed fully clothed with no physical touch required unless requested and appropriate.
During a session, you are invited to rest, relax, and enter a meditative state while I work with your energy field to support balance and alignment throughout the body. Many people experience this as a calming reset—helping to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore a sense of internal harmony.
Reiki sessions focus on clearing stagnant energy and supporting the natural flow of life force energy, often leaving clients feeling grounded, lighter, and more centered.

Through guided connection, grounding practices, and supportive body and energy work, this session creates space for both individuals to feel seen, supported, and held—together and individually.
This is not just a “couples massage,” but an intentional experience focused on communication, emotional connection, and shared nervous system regulation.
Sessions may include partnered grounding exercises, guided touch awareness, massage techniques, and energetic practices that encourage closeness and emotional safety.

Sound Bath Experience
A Sound Bath is a meditative, immersive experience where you are gently guided into deep relaxation through the use of singing bowls, vibrational instruments, and intentional sound.
As you lie comfortably and allow the sounds to wash over you, your nervous system is invited to slow down, release tension, and enter a restorative state of calm.
These sessions are designed to support emotional release, mental clarity, and energetic balance, often leaving participants feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply restored.
No effort is required—simply receive, rest, and allow the sound to guide you inward.

Immersive Rest Session
The Immersive Rest Session is a deeply restorative, hands-off experience designed to support total nervous system reset, deep relaxation, and intentional rest.
There is no physical touch involved in this service. Instead, you are fully supported in a safe, calming environment where your body can unwind without stimulation or interruption.
This session is completely customizable based on your needs. You may choose a sensory-deprivation style experience, with a quiet, softly darkened space designed to help you drop into deep rest or meditation. Or you may choose a fully immersive experience, which can include sound bowls, soft background music, or guided meditation to gently support relaxation and inward focus.
You are invited to simply lie back, rest, and receive the experience in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
Many clients describe this session as profoundly grounding and regulating—helping to quiet mental overstimulation, release physical tension, and restore a sense of inner calm.
This is intentional rest, held in a safe space—without touch, without expectation, and without anything required of you.
